Free Haircuts for Breast Cancer Survivors in Month of October at JC Penney Salons

In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, JCP Salons will be offering Free Haircuts and styling to breast cancer survivors throughout the month of October.

Additionally, JCPenney will donate $1 for every free hair cut it gives – up to $50,000 – to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
