This offer asks, or at least it asked me, to give phone number, confirm it, then in small print told it would charge phone number fees.
I don't see that anonymous. When I click to the form there is a spot for phone number which is optional. I didn't enter a phone numer and received the message:
"Thank you for your request. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery."
at least you all found the link I cant get to it on Chrome or Firefox..
