Qualified participants ("Participants") may submit an accurate copy of one (1) report card or transcript from a junior high, high school or college, that was issued during the period beginning August 15, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011 (report cards and transcripts are hereinafter referred to as "Grade Reports"). An accurate copy of the Grade Report must be sent to Tesoro no earlier than April 1, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. (EST) and no later than August 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) if sent through the Web Site (defined below), or if mailed, postmarked no later than August 31, 2011 and received no later than September 14, 2011. If the Grade Report shows that the Participant has a grade average of A, the Participant will be entitled to receive a Ten Dollar ($10.00) Tesoro reward card ("reward card"), or if the Participant has a grade average of B, the Participant will be entitled to receive a Five Dollar ($5.00) reward card. A minimum course/class load of 4 courses/classes is required to qualify for a reward card, however, the average of all courses represented on the submitted Grade Report will be used to determine the reward denomination.
