The rules are conflicting on this offer.
If you look at the image on their website it states "Experience New Lily & Lavender. Receive one 50ml travel-size product when you visit a store near you, No purchase necessary."
Then if you look down at the bottom of their website you will see:
"Free 50ml Floral Fragrance travel size item. No purchase necessary. Receive a Free 50ml Floral Fragrance Travel Size Item (Lily, Lavender, Rosewater, Iris) with any purchase. Valid only at participating Crabtree & Evelyn stores. Not available online or on telephone orders. Limit 1 per customer while supplies last. Offer subject to availability, good while supplies last. No substitutions. Not valid on prior purchases. Other exclusions and restrictions may apply, ask for details. Offer valid through 11:59:59 pm EST on April 4, 2011."
