"Bring Limewire Back is a not for profit website run by a small group of Indepent Artists who strongly believe that free music and movie distribution services (like Limewire) are a necessity for smaller artists to distribute their work online.
Although ideally our goal would be to Bring Limewire Back by having the court and the RIAA remove the injunction on Limewire.com and it's Limewire software. More realistically we hope to raise awareness of the importance of sharing services like Limewire in the hopes that Limewire's successor or successors don't fall victim to the same fate as Limewire.
