Where is the form?
Hi Dave. There is no form right now. You are just voting for the poster right now. As stated in my post, you have to come back in March to request whichever poster won the vote. The post is also listed in the "Mark Your Calendar" category which you will see toward the bottom of Freebie Fanatics, this way there is a reminder for everyone.
