You've got to be kidding. Why would anyone concerned about fraud voluntarily provide a wealth of personal identifying information (name, address, phone, date of birth, gender, email address, etc.!) to save a couple dollars on a pen? The far greater danger is that this is a scam to get your information. Go buy a pen if you care to, but avoid this like the plague.
