National Donut Day Freebies & Deals for 2026 (Free Donuts, Discounts & More)
Look, if you aren't actively trying to score a free donut this week, you're doing June wrong.
Friday, June 5, 2026, is National Donut Day, which is basically a holiday for anyone with a serious sweet tooth. Every year, donut chains and bakeries roll out freebies, discounts, and giveaways, but the best offers tend to disappear fast. If you want the good stuff, you'll want a plan before everyone else gets there.

Update (June 2, 2026): We've added new offers from Randy's Donuts, Pinkbox Doughnuts, Paris Baguette, and more. We'll continue updating this list as additional promotions are announced.
Before you head out, remember that many of these promotions require an app account, rewards membership, or purchase. It also doesn't hurt to arrive early. The most popular flavors and giveaways tend to disappear long before lunchtime.
National Donut Day 2026 Freebies & Deals (Alphabetical List)
7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes aren't giving them away for free, but rewards members can grab glazed donuts for just 50 cents on National Donut Day. That's still one of the cheapest deals you'll find.
DoorDash is partnering with Krispy Kreme for a delivery deal. From June 4 through June 18, customers can save $7 on delivery orders of $25 or more. The offer can be used twice per customer.
Duck Donuts is offering a free Cinnamon Sugar Donut in-store with no purchase required. That's becoming rare these days, so it's one of the better freebies on the list.
Dunkin' is sticking with its traditional offer. Buy any beverage and you'll receive a free classic donut. They're also giving away tote bags with qualifying purchases while supplies last.
Krispy Kreme is celebrating with a free doughnut plus a special $2 Original Glazed dozen offer when purchasing another dozen at regular price.
Lidl is one of the few places offering a completely free donut with no purchase required. Just clip the coupon in the Lidl app and redeem it from the bakery section on Friday.
Parlor Doughnuts is offering a free French Toast Layered Doughnut with any purchase at participating locations. If you've never tried one of their layered donuts, this is a pretty good excuse.
Paris Baguette is rewarding PB Rewards members with a free Sugar Mochi Donut or Small Twisted Donut when they make a qualifying purchase.
