when u say nationwide, do u mean only the states? because i live in Canada and we have some aeropostales here as well, so will we be able to get one? and do u have a link because I couldn't find it on their site? Thanks.

First off, I don't state nationwide, the rules at seventeen.com page state that. If you go to the link listed in this post and click on it, you will be taken to the seventeen.com website. On that page you will see "HOW TO ENTER THE AÉROPOSTALE GIVEAWAY (April Issue)" Just above that you will see "Official giveaway rules".
As per that it states, "a legal resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, or Canada. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec Province, and where prohibited by law, unless otherwise noted." So according to them, you should be eligible.
In regards to the link you either need to bring a copy of the April 2009 issue of Seventeen and show the page with the featured Aéropostale tank, or a printout of the seventeen.com homepage.
If you don't have a copy of the magazine, starting March 3 go to seventeen.com and print out a copy of the homepage. I'm assuming that as of March 3 they will have something about the offer listed on the homepage. I would make a copy of the homepage and the rules and bring it to the store.

I wonder...Could you print out one of their $10.00 off $40.00 coupons and count the tank as some of the $40.00? I don't know how much the tank is.. Or if they have any coupons now. Post a reply to me if they have any you know of.
Sammie - know, they don't post anything on the homepage about the top. Print out the rules too - they probably won't do it if you don't. It was the same with the free panties at JCPenney :-).
I haven't even gone to get mine yet student by day.
I doubt they will let you use the tank top as part of the $40.00. I don't know of any coupons available now. We keep my eye open for any.
